How we work
We take the time to get to know you. We do not work on a 'high volume' candidate basis as we are keen to build genuine, mutually beneficial, relationships with our candidates. We interview all our candidates in depth to enable us to understand your skills, experience and level of competence as well as your own personal career aspirations. This approach means that we can work with you to help you secure the right role and not waste time discussing irrelevant opportunities.
Once we have received your CV we will contact you to discuss current/future opportunities and dependent upon your urgency to secure a new role, combined with our current assignments, we will arrange a face to face meeting. Having met we will translate the responses you give at the interview in to a Competency Profile that we share with both you and the client. We will also reformat your CV. As integrity and quality is core to our business we will represent and work with candidates, whom we believe, having met face to face, have the right competence and knowledge that the companies we work with are seeking.
