Simon Sprowell and Bryony Garrett formed Strictly People in 2006, since then the business has continued to grow from strength to strength.

Simon heads up the People Development arm of Strictly People. He has a unique and challenging style which will always be pragmatic in approach ensuring that the content maps back to the reality of the business. Simon was Learning and Development Director with Hilton Hotels in the UK for five years and People Director for Livingwell Health Clubs for four years prior to joining forces with Bryony to form Strictly People in 2006.

Bryony spearheads the recruitment team. She was a senior operator in the leisure sector having previously been a Regional Director for 7 years with Cannons Health Clubs and Livingwell. This experience has equipped her well to provide an effective recruitment service for the leisure and hospitality sectors where she fully understands the requirements of her clients and candidates needs.
